Nobody knows why India is testing students chemistry,physics and advance maths skills for college entrance exam. How are they relevant for people studying Cse,DS,AI,ML,Architecture etc. there are wide pool of specialisations available in college is it possible to test students skills based on all those specialisations? Obviously no. College entrance exam should be a generalised exam which test basic maths skills, english and decision making skills. After getting selected in that exam student should be given oppurtunity to choose which ever stream he likes based on his interest be it medical,Engg,Arch or Arts. Children in school should learn good communication skills,basic mathematical skills, basic understanding of physical sciences, problem solving skills,critical thinking skills,decision making skills,debating skills,sports during their school age. If they want to master advanced physics or chemistry they can choose that path in their college. There is literally no point in testing advance physics,chemistry and advance maths skills for college entrance exam. With this kind examination system parents,educational institutions and Indian govt officials in education dept are killing beautiful,healthy and all round development of children.
